"I had a great time here and the place had a good atmosphere. The staff were really welcoming and friendly and I feel like they always wanted to help. The hostel offers a free shuttle bus which was good too considering how late we arrived on the Greyhound. The room itself was nice, pretty basic but for the low price paid this was expected. "The views from this hotel are simply spectacular. Free transport to any area on the island is available, but you are walking distance to all of the shops and cafes/restaurants. Facilities are second to none and the staff were faultless. If I were going to Hamilton Island again I would stay there."

"Excellent service, housekeeping, location, room size, balcony, bed, amenities, pool, buffet breakfast. As a very minor criticism, the rooms/bathrooms could be due an update, but otherwise the hotel is absolutely perfect and I would definitely re-visit!!"
