"I had a pleasant stay at Residence Inn by Marriott Sarajevo. The rooms were nice, spacious and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the main attractions. The staff were also very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The main area for improvement would be the breakfast selection, which felt somewhat limited. It would be great to see a wider and more varied choice, particularly with more options to cater to different tastes. Overall, a comfortable stay in a great location with friendly and attentive staff."

"Great property with free parking, helpful staff, credit card acceptance, and included breakfast. But for what you get, it was definitely overpriced at $100 inclusive of taxes for the Balkans. I splurged instead of my typical hostel stay to have a nice bathroom and the shower was such a letdown. There was no mount for the shower head, so it always sat at faucet/waist height making hair washing and enjoying a shower extremely difficult. It was also quite far from the old town and at the top of a 300ft/100m hill. So not easy to get to!"

"Senka (our host) was amazing and gave us a fantastic experience and stay in Sarajevo. She was very friendly and helpful, spoke english and german, and was very quick to respond to messages. The propety was amazing and comforting as a home away from home with everything you need. The location was super secure and quiet with an electronic and manual key lock on the door, but the city itself was also one of the safest we have ever been. A fantastic experience and we will definitely be back again! "
