Cute 2 bedroom and 1 bath cabin on 20 wooded acres on paved rd 3 miles from Higgins Lake recreation area. This cabin is completely redone! Trails for snowmobile and side by side right across the road! Every is there, just bring your toothbrush and clothes!
Sorry no wifi and no pets unless confirmed in writing prior to arrival.

Great little cabin!
Great cabin not far from Higgins Lake. My family stayed for three nights. Communication with Donna was easy and everything was as described. Space was very clean and just right for our family of three. Would definitely stay here again.

Summer side-by-side trip
Starting our annual side-by-side trip with our kids. Wanted to make sure we had a great place close to the trail head (and fuel…Charlie’s is just down the trail). This cabin was a great find!

Cute little cabin
Nice cabin for 2-4 people. Cabin has been recently updated- exterior, interior and appliances. Very nice! No porch or patio for grilling, but there is a fire pit in backyard. Close drive to visit friends staying at Higgins Lake Campground. We would stay again for sure!!

Wonderful close to trails
Amazing up North cabin. Freshly remodeled inside, so fresh it's still missing some finishing touches like towel hooks/bars, hangers for clothes/jackets and detergent for the new dishwasher. This cabin is perfect for two couples. Kitchen tools are well socked with plenty of pots and pans, new appliances, and breakfast bar style seating. The single bathroom has nice fluffy towels. Parking was easy for our pick up truck with trailer and the location a stones throw from the ORV trails was exactly what we were looking for. Communication with the host was very quick and responsive. Buy some firewood in town for s'mores in the backyard or snuggle up on the relaxing living room furniture with one of the great throw blankets. We didn't turn on the TV once, but saw a few DVDs available as there is no cable/satellite service or wifi. We did leave a roll of foil, bring your own cooking oil, ziplock bags, chip clips, spices/seasonings. Overall this place was perfect for our vacation, and I would 100 percent stay here again and recommend to my friends and family.

Outstanding Rental
The remodeling for this cabin was worth it. Very clean great location to many options. ORV trails everywhere. Lots of wildlife. Very easy to get to. The only thing I would change. Is the TV capabilities. Having to use your phone as a Hotspot. Needs wifi or antenna for just local channels.

Quiet time away from the farm
Great property. Easy check in. Simple house rules. Beautiful remodeled place. Perfect size for our family of 4. Nice kitchen and outdoor fire pit. Great getaway.
