Management was extremely friendly and professional, and the room was very cute with great value! It's a nice cozy area tucked away with direct beach access. Perfect for couples or a small group of friends/family.

Great place. Pet friendly, with blankets bowls etc easy walk to beach. The room had everything we needed and was clean. (Coffee pods, towels etc.) Great value. Would return in future. Activities on site too

Excellent property! It is a little bit of a walk to the beach but very beautiful. Everything we needed for the stay. Accommodating for kids and got us pack and play and children’s high chair. Enough towels for beach and showers.

This resort was better than we expected. The size of the room was excellent for the two of us. The kitchen provided every appliance we needed: range oven, fridge, microwave, and toaster. The kitchen also provided all the utensils and cookware needed.

Nice tuck sway place. Comfortable bed. The room is smaller than most. It was difficult not to make the floor wet since it is accessible shower. The kitchenette has nice pots and silverware.

Wonderfully family friendly property for kids of all ages. There's a playground, a little field with goal nets, a pickleball court, and other games and activities to keep the kids entertained when you're not at the beach. There's also a hottub and a fire pit, to help the adults relax after a long day of watching the children. If you have any problems, the staff is very responsive and helpful. I would consider myself lucky to get to stay here again in the future!

Nice, neat little unit, decorated nautical/mermaid style. Everything is clean and in good working order inside, and organized grounds with hot tub, playground, pickle ball court outside. Clear self check-in and check-out instructions and direct communication opportunity with management during the stay. Two grocery stores nearby great for refreshing supplies. The only notable disadvantage was the thin walls with noise clearly audible from even a well behaved smaller company, let alone a larger one with multiple small children.

Even before arrival, Micheal was in conact with us. We stayed in condo 10. The condo was well equipped facing the ocean, no view but a short walk down the trail. (Pay attention for king tides, turns the trail into a bit of a marsh so wear hip boots). The property is well groomed and maintained. Even in December the grass was mowed and looked healthy. Definitely a money saver to have the kitchen. We were able to cook our own meals and saved well in restaurant spending. The property is pet friendly. There were dog bowls, towels, and even blankets for the fur babies. All in all, i give the Breakwater 10 out of 10 and will make this a regular weekend get away.

Breakwater is a great place to stay if you want a reasonably priced cottage near the beach in the Grayland - Westport area. The first cottage we stayed in was much too small but for the second night we were moved to an available larger one with a king bed. That was great. These are pretty basic units but the bed was comfortable and there is a decent kitchen. The beach is about 1/2 mile down a path or you can drive down the beach access road and go right onto the beach. If you are a clam digger or just a beach comber this is a great beach. Grayland is small and doesn’t have much to offer. Westport at the end of the peninsula about 10 miles has more activities.
