Welcome to The Manners, the ultimate private hire pub — perfect for an unforgettable celebration just 5 minutes from Belvoir Castle. You’ll have full run of the venue, including a self-service bar (bring your own alcohol), a restaurant-style private dining area, spacious communal lounge, and a private outdoor patio ideal for drinks.

Inside, there are 10 bespoke bedrooms, all with en -suite bathrooms and a mix of super king and king-size beds. Designed for comfort and style, the property sleeps 20 as standard, with space for 2 additional guests on put-me-up beds (extra charge), bringing capacity to 22.

A fully equipped catering kitchen is available for all your food prep needs, or feel free to bring in your own caterers.

Belvoir Estate Holidays can arrange a wide range of activities to make your stay truly memorable — including hot tub hire, casino nights, murder mystery evenings, cocktail-making sessions, pamper packages, and daytime options like clay shooting, crossbows, or archery.

All activities are subject to availability and additional cost, and our team is here to help you plan the ultimate celebration at The Manners.

STRICTLY No Smoking or vaping!

Feel free to smoke outside of the property with the door shut however our lovely home is a smoke free zone.

Sensitive smoke detectors will inform us of smoking and a £250 Fee will be immediately charged!

Be careful with your key!
Should a callout be needed and/or a replacement key needs to be cut there is a £100 charge.
