"In despite of excellent communications and support from the staff, it is unfortunate that they have been let down by a property that is tired and in need of a facelift! The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars. "There are no views from this property, just a concrete wall outside the wind663ow-. It is like having no windows at all. The check in is hard to find and is incorrectly located on Google maps. They know this but have not changed the location! There is only paid parking on the street. The entry is dirty and passes by smelly rubbish bins. Very disappointing overall as the property is quite rundown."

"The room was large, but there was 0 view. The balcony opened into the parking garage it seemed. The breakfast was amazing. The location was top - right across from the weekend bridge show. The parking garage and spaces were extremely tight, but I was able to park without hitting anything (with help). The front desk staff were the best I’ve had anywhere!"

"This property is a great deal during the off seasons. Bountiful breakfasts with an almost unbelievable variety of choices! Clean weight room, pool, sauna and hot tub. Massage also available. Clean, spacious room. Front desk folks were very friendly and helpful. Deluxe accommodation for less than $100/night!"
