Morning front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was limited. Outside seating was unusable, dirty and uninviting. Ice maker out of ice 3 of 4 times attempted to use. Room was comfortable. Workout room was a plus. Lots of equipment to use. I would come stay here again.

Problems with the drains and the toilet in the bathroom.Had to sit with a clogged toilet for a while no maintenance person to come unclog toilet we ended up having to do it ourselves.Food left in the freezer in the little refrigerator, not the cleanest place. Pool and hot tub not very clean. Shower by the pool did not work.Notes in the breakfast area Stating if you brought your breakfast to the room they would charge 15 dollars a person. Will not be coming back.

Place was not cleaned. Dusty. Empty water bottle (my granddaughter found and put her mouth on it) crumbs on table. The toilet was clogged in both rooms I had. The staff was friendly enough. But I’d never stay there again.

Well what I didn't like about this hotel is that there was no hot water at night. I had to call the front desk to have them turn it on because they turn off the hot water at night. The other thing I did not lile is that the had the thermostat programmed to constantly turn off. I had to turn on the a/c at night multiple times. Other than that it was clean

This was the worst Country Inn and Suites I stayed at. My room was not clean. Splash mark stains on the wall in my room. The hallway walls were full of luggage scrape marks. My room had a constant loud buzzing noise. My mom had a separate room, a suite. The first room they gave her had no tv in the bedroom. The second room they gave her, there was no heat or air. The third room finally worked. The breakfast room ran out of forks. You would think that one of the many associates would have been sent to the store to buy forks. Instead we were just told they were out. They were also out of cups. We were using the cups normally used for the waffle batter. There were good dining options nearby. And we were close to the Frederick Meijer Gardens and the zoo, which is why we stayed there. I won’t be going there again.

The fire alarm device in our room was actually on the desk when we walked in our room. One of the toilet seat hinges were broken so that made our seat wobbly. The room appeared clean. Comfortable beds.
