The backyard is fenced on 3 sides and open at the driveway. Newly remodeled with all new windows, appliances, cabinets, floor, furniture, and we added air conditioning! Come stay and enjoy Fruita. Lots of hiking and mountain biking just minutes away. The home was beautifully appointed and immaculate. Located just two blocks from downtown in a quiet neighborhood. Our host was very responsive to my email questions and provided helpful information for our stay. The backyard and patio are perfect for enjoying morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Everything we could have wanted was at this rental including bike racks in a locked shed, an outdoor grill and a fully furnished kitchen. We will definately return. ##### Joan S. The house is small but very nicely remodeled with nice finishes and updated everything. My wife and I stayed here for the nearby Country Jam festival and it was a great base camp. The outdoor living space is large and nicely furnished with plenty of seating, grill, and fire pit. It's just a couple blocks from "downtown" so close to bars and restaurants.
