Walking distance to downtown and 2 blocks away from the Hot Tomato. Huge backyard with covered patio, fire pit, and lockable shed for bikes and gear. The backyard is fenced on 3 sides and open at the driveway. Newly remodeled with all new windows, appliances, cabinets, floor, furniture, and we added air conditioning! Come stay and enjoy Fruita. Lots of hiking and mountain biking just minutes away. Our place is fully stocked for you to enjoy. We allow dogs only with a pet fee. The pet fee covers one dog. Awesome back yard that is mostly fenced, nice patio and fire pit area and a very clean and cozy home. Rooms were perfect for a family of 4, loved all the windows in the living/dining room and great kitchen too! Very close to town, just a block and a half from Hot Tomato and 2 blocks to Bestslope Coffee. There are a few nearby properties that are a bit junky and the neighbors’ dog did bark along the fence line quite a bit…but the property itself was perfect and we’ll definitely be back! ##### Erin C.
