Cannot say enough positive about this place. Checking in was super easy but checking out was hard to do because we didn’t want to leave. We will be back! Love the place!

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment. It was very well appointed and decorated in a modern and tasteful style. Nice Samsung appliances, including washer and dryer which was very handy. Brandon was very nice and welcoming. Renters should be aware as I was (by reading reviews) that the unit is located above a convenience store and takeout place. So if you’re not aware, you may be a little surprised. The comfort and how nice the apartment is well worth it. There was a very slight smell when I first opened the door - probably from the takeout place below but it wasn’t that much and I opened the window slightly which helped it clear out.

We’ve travelled extensively and this was the best of them all so far. In a beautiful little town. At first, when we drove up, we weren’t sure it was the right location. But when we walked into Suite 201, we were amazed by the comfortable decor. Beautifully appointed apartment. Highly recommended! Thank you for helping to make our vacation great!

Lee was a very friendly guy. Communication was good. Upgraded to a larger unit last minute. The unit was spotless and spacious. It had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying at Riverside Suites in Grand Falls Windsor

Beautiful, modern, quiet facility with amazing staff and good energy. Spotless. Highly recommended if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Grand Falls-Windsor. However, due to the stairs to get to where the rooms are, not ideal for anyone with physical challenges.

Very Chic and Modern units!
What a pleasant surprise! The units are located above a convenience store operated by the owners, and the steps to the units are wooden and new (I understand still under construction). However, the decoration of the units are ultra modern and very chic!! Everything is brand new and just incredible. Excellent stay!

This was an unexpected pleasant surprise! It looks like an old building with a variety store downstairs. When you ascend the stairs to the apartment, you will be pleasantly surprised. I was clean and very nicely appointed. The only bad thing I can think of is it is NOT wheelchair accessible nor easily accessible for the mobility challenged.

The Riverside suite was very clean and comfortable. The owner showed us through the suite to get settled in and gave us directions around the area to sites that were available to view. The accommodations were great.
