"The room was clean, but no fridge or microwave. Just a kettle. Access to an iron. Beds were firm. The staff were great. The location was in the heart of the Medina, close to public transportation and restaurants. It wasn’t very noisy. We didn’t have any breakfast so I cannot comment on that. Kudos to Mohamed. Very friendly and kind. Would recommend this hotel. Traveled with a group."

"Out of the 6-7 hotels I’ve stayed at so far, that hotel ranks one of the highest. They upgraded us for the night which was a nice touch. Room was clean, had its own kitchenette and fridge. They also kindly premade a bed on the living room pull on couch so friend and I could sleep separately. Breakfast was pretty comprehensive too\~had multiple sections of food and a pretty decent selection. The location is close in proximity (meaning walking distance) to central market, Marina shopping center, Rick’s bar etc. Would stay here again."

"The Hyatt Regency Casablanca is an absolutely beautiful hotel! The staff was exceptionally helpful and the breakfast was amazing! My only issue was that my bathroom had drain issues both in the shower and the sink which was a minor annoyance and I’m sure could have been repaired quickly if we were staying for a longer visit. The facilities and the hotels location could not have been better. I will absolutely stay at the Hyatt Regency Casablanca on our next visit!"

"Almost no water pressure in shower, couldn't even wash my hair properly. Barely passable breakfast (only the omelette was good, bread was basically inedible). Most staff is not friendly. This is not a 4 star hotel. Only positive is the location close to the mosque, but far away from most other sites. "
