"We were very happy with the property. Everything was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay (coffee, towels, etc). We enjoyed the views from the covered patio and also the dining room table. Air conditioning worked great as outside temps ranged between 95-104. Meadview was very close and we enjoyed dinners & a breakfast the The Boathouse. It was a short drive to the Grand Canyon West. The communication with the host was very good also. We would definitely recommend this property."

"Cabins were clean and cozy the staff could have not been more professional,friendly and welcoming I would highly recommend staying at the Grand Canyon western ranch food and service was exceptional I give it 5 stars "

"While the house has a very humble exterior, the interior was absolutely tremendous! Beautiful mattresses, pillow pillows, and sheets. Really well equipped kitchen. For a small ranch, the house felt very spacious. Great back patio with a beautiful sunset view of the Ridgeline.Tippi was a great host!"

"I had to give 4 stars because the aerial view made the stay appear to be secluded, however, there were a few mini houses above the property that shared a road and there were others staying in those properties. One of the renters came down to our rental because they thought we were the owners and needed to connect to the WiFi at our site. It was odd. But other than that a nice place to get away. Just not as secluded and private as I had expected based on the photos"

"It was a fairly good stay. Most home amenities were available…The heating/cooling systems took a while to get used to. Definitely not fit for six people. "
