« This was our first time using VRBO. Our room was changed three times. Our original unit was doubled booked the second unit they gave us was not cleaned and the third unit the toilet was plugged. finally we were given another unit which was dirty and no amenities as described in listing. « While we found outside of property lovely and well groomed (although the amenities said there was a balcony and it was a one story building), the inside was not as expected.
