Granby Ranch Home- Hot tub, Grill, Easy Ski Access

Set right on the slopes of Granby Ranch, this mountain home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and classic Colorado views. The main living area features a cozy fireplace, comfortable seating, a flatscreen TV, and a coffee bar. Fully equipped and modern kitchen with dining island, great for gathering for meals or just hanging out.

Downstairs, there’s a second living area with foosball and a wet bar. Out back is a deck with a propane grill and private hot tub. For winter guests, there’s a large heated ski locker on the front porch. Family friendly- Plenty of games available, a couple of sleds, jogging stroller, pack n play, and highchair provided.

Super easy access to skiing and riding- very short walk to click in and ride down to the Kicking Horse lift. Snow condition/weather dependent, you can ski back to the house.

Granby Ranch offers year round activities and this home is centrally located for all of it. Family oriented skiing (still plenty to get your heart pumping for all you thrill seekers), along with nordic and snowshoeing trails, in the winter. In the summer, hike the local trails or golf at the Granby Ranch Golf just down the road. Once the snow melts, the mountain turns into a pretty cool bike park.

The property also makes a great home base for exploring the wider Grand County area. Spend the day boating or fishing at Lake Granby, wander through the shops and restaurants of nearby Grand Lake, or venture into the breathtaking wilderness of Rocky Mountain National Park.
