Breakfast was great. Parking was easy. Staff was amazing and so helpful and friendly. Rooms are not soundproof. Unfortunately the room we booked and paid for was not available upon arrival; our 3 bed family room was downgraded to a one bed which meant someone had to sleep on the floor. The hotel and Hotels.com pointed the finger at each other and we didn't get any refund. The front desk was very apologetic and helpful; she got us a free drink at the bar to compensate us but you can't really...

Property is absolutely amazing, many amenities,
The best part of our stay was the Host, she was engaging, paid so much attention to details, and a fabulous cook.

We spent just over two weeks in Ireland in May, 2019 and stayed at a number of great hotels, some twice the price of Breffni Arms, and it is easy to say none were better! In case you've not guessed, we loved the hotel, our hosts, Eamon and Philomena (owners who seemed to always be around no matter what time of day, or night it was,) the wonderful staff, the charming town, the picturesque countryside and all of the wonderful friendly people who live in and around Arvagh. If I was told I had...

Very nice hotel. Lobby is very nice with plenty of seating for quiet conversations, drinks or meals. Dining room options are great and quality of food was excellent. The breakfast options very very good and excellent quality.

Setting was beautiful. Rooms were clean and well supplied. Would be helpful to have a small fridge in room and an ice machine in each area. Room service was great at delivering ice but they are very busy. Front desk staff were friendly. Staff in hallways could be more friendly and upbeat by simply saying hello, have a good day or any acknowledgment as you passed them.
Spa was fine but jets were not working when we were there. Outdoor pool area was beautiful. Overall spa area was...

This hotel was one of the best we have ever stayed in. The owners were right there to greet us and to help us with any needs. The breakfast was definitely the very best we have had at any hotel anywhere. Lovely views of Lough Ramor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Managers of every other hotel should spend a couple of nights at this hotel to see how it should be done.
