Lovely restful stay

Beautiful, clean apartment with some restrictions
My wife and I spent 10 days in the flat and I would first like to mention the positive impressions we had:
The check-in worked perfectly, Vanessa even allowed us to move into the flat after our arrival around noon, much earlier than the official 3pm entry.
The flat is very centrally located in the centre of El Médano, it is clean and comfortable, all the rooms are as shown in the photos, so all in all very positive.
But now to the downsides: the first surprise was that the flat is on the first floor. We expected it to be on the top floor of the building, with direct access to the terrace shown in the photos. The terrace is available to all residents, but we were there several times and mostly alone.
A serious disadvantage, however, is the noise level from the very busy pedestrianised street that runs right past the house and where there are several busy bars.
Unfortunately, the bedroom with the large bed has the window facing this street and peace and quiet only returns well after midnight.
Conclusion: Ideal for party people, but if you want peace and quiet, you should look for alternatives.
