Supercomodo Ubicación ideal
El apartamento es muy cómodo para pasar unos días, y el lugar donde se encuentra ideal para respirar el ambiente del Albaicin. Situado en una plaza al lado del pórtico De la Iglesia, con una fuente con agua cantarina por las mañanas y la ciudad moderna a 200 metros para coger un taxi o acceder con el coche. El apartamento completo en un primer piso, sin ascensor eso si, pero es la Granada Nazari. Acertareis.

Appartement très déconseillé
Nous avions réservé 4 nuits début avril 2016. Nous sommes partis au bout de deux nuits car il impossible de se reposer; nos enfants étaient même angoissé par les bruits nocturnes de la rue. L’appartement est situé au-dessus d’un restaurant : c’est bruyant tard le soir, pendant la nuit, et tôt le matin ! Mauvaise isolation phonique - pas de double vitrage. L'emplacement n'est pas aussi calme que ce que disait l'annonce. Les propriétaires nous ont remboursé les deux dernières nuits. L’appartement est mal équipé : pas de table haute, pas de chaise, les matelas sont en très mauvais état, impossible de brancher tous les appareils électriques en même temps car le compteur saute, propreté à revoir, etc… Le prix est manifestement exagéré pour la prestation. Appartement très déconseillé.

Emplacement idéal en centre ville sur une charmante petite place sans voitures. L'appartement est lumineux et très confortable. Les propriétaires sont d'une grande gentillesse et disponibilité : dès la réservation, jusqu'au départ. Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour à Grenade et recommandons vivement cette location !

Manque d'equipement
L'appartement est très bien situé pour visiter Grenade et même l'Alhambra à pied. Ceci mis à part, l'équipement de l'appartement est très minimal et en mauvais état. Le disjoncteur principal sautait à tout moment car l'entrée électrique est sans doute insuffisante. Ainsi il était impossible d'allumer les 4 appareils de chauffage en même temps ( alors qu'il faisait entre 1 et 5 degrés la nuit). Pour utiliser un rond il fallait éteindre le chauffage. Pas possible de faire fonctionner le micro onde en même temps non plus, Il n'y a pas de table pour manger bien qu'il y aurait la place. Les matelas ne sont pas confortables. Dans l'une des deux chambres il n'y a aucun meuble pour ranger ses vêtements, pas même un tiroir de table de nuit, une tablette ou un crochet. Le lave linge est défectueux ( n'essore pas). Comme le chauffage du salon ne fonctionnait pas nous avons appelé la propriétaire le premier jour qui nous a dit que son mari s'en occuperait. Nous n'avons jamais eu de nouvelles et finalement, avons réglé le problème nous meme en concluant que c'était les piles de la télécommande qui étaient à plat mais jamais les propriétaires ne nous ont rappelées,). Stricte minimum de serviettes fournies. (Une par personne plus une petite serviette à main à se partager). Décevant par rapport à tous les autres appartements que nous avons loués ailleurs en Espagne.

La limpieza de la casa excepcional, el sitio muy bien ubicado cerca de todo en el centro. Los dueños muy detallistas. Repetiremos al viajar con mascotas. Gracias por todo.
