Located in the Lower Albayzín, our cozy apartment is a 3-minute walk from the Cathedral and just a few meters from Gran Vía de Colón, one of the main thoroughfares from which you can easily reach every corner of Granada on foot or by bus. Plaza Nueva and the Paseo de los Tristes are just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment.

The building has a courtyard and an elevator.
The apartment is on the second floor and consists of:
Living room/kitchen, bathroom, master bedroom, and single bedroom
- a spacious living room with a small balcony overlooking Calle Elvira,
featuring a comfortable chaise longue sofa that converts into a 100x220 cm bed.
- split-type air conditioning,
- smart TV,
- Wi-Fi (throughout the apartment),
- fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, moka pot, blender, toaster, kettle, and kitchenware.
- 1 bathroom with a hydromassage shower, shower screen, and bidet. Hair dryer and heating.
- Two bedrooms: one with a 135-cm double bed and split-type air conditioning, and
one with a 90-cm bed.
The apartment features high ceilings with wooden coffered ceilings in every room.
The kitchen and living room are open-concept. Each area can be separated from the rest by a door.
