We loved the neighborhood. The room, however, had a few annoying points. First, the lights in the hallway automatically turned off and left us in the complete darkness while we were struggling to lock the door with an old-fashioned key. Second, we each had only a blanket on the bed, so it was too cold for me to sleep without my wool sweater and socks under my pajamas and my friend caught a cold. The air-conditioner did work but was loud enough to bother our sleep.
