Wonderful. Not a fan of places w/o staff on site, but got immediate response to issues. Common areas are delightful. Close to Alhambra, cathedral, etc. Easy walk to train station.

The location was nice, close to everything. The only problem I had was registering myself before checking in. Although I sent them an email and messaged them via hotels.com, I couldn’t get checking in information till very late. I was really nervous about it and I think they could do better.

Overall, the location and the property are great. Even though they don’t have concierge around, they are easy to get in touch with over the phone. The room was spacious, but the AC wasn’t working well and the bathroom light or the water heater was making a strange sound whenever we used the bathroom. Overall, I would recommend this hotel but they definitely need to fix few things to make it a more enjoyable stay.

Great spot for extended stay! Clean, with fully equipped kitchen & comfortable bed. Not having a front desk is weird but adds a sense of privacy to the place.

The property itself is wonderful. Unfortunately, however, the hotel did not provide the necessary self check-in information as early as promised (24 hours prior). They were also non-reponsive to our inquiries abou this. It took 3 chats with Expedia before we received the self check-in information (font door entry code and keybox code for room). Because we did not arrive until 6 hours after their check-in time and because no staff is onsite at the property, we were very anxious about what would happen. In the future, I encourage this hotel to either change their 24 hour notification claim or to be more responsive to customer inquiries.

Bien, pero mal olor

Nos ha encantado la habitación, la limpieza , la comodidad y la ubicación. Lo que ha sido muy molesto es el mal olor de tuberías que había todo el día. Teniendo en cuenta que hay cocina, desayunar o cenar con el olor a cloaca es muy desagradable.

Bonito apartamento en el centro de Granada. La pena es que no tiene ni recepción ni guardamaletas y tienes que dejar el alojamiento a las 11:00 h del día de salida.

Appartement très propre. Le proprietaire dote ses hôtes de quelques attentions non négligeables (dosettes de café pour le nombre de locataires et de nuitées, du thé, du café soluble, des infusions, du sucre roux, blanc et aspartame, des petits gateaux...). Sèche cheveux. Pas de nuisances sonores alors que nous étions au niveau d'une rue touristique avec bars et magasins. Je recommande vivement.

Perfecta localización así como las instalaciones, muy limpias y actualizadas a pesar de conservar la magia de ser una construcción antigua. Mi única sugerencia sería incorporar un toma corrientes de norma americana ya que todos en nuestra habitación eran norma europea, por lo demás un magnífico lugar que repetiría.
