Our balcony overlooked the courtyard area tjough, and there were apartments directly facing us, which made it awkward to sit out if those opposite were in use. "I stayed in a newly renovated Privilege Room, which had access to a private lounge and restaurant offering à la carte menus and breakfast options each day. This add-on was a nice touch and provided a quiet place to enjoy meals away from the busy buffet restaurant. I also liked the spa and the range of treatments. However, all the beaches surrounding the hotel (including the hotel beach at Playa Esmeralda) attract nudists. I found this to be very unpleasant."

"The hotel is well located with a lovely beach and nearby facilities. What we enjoyed the most is the variety and quality of the evening entertainments, great also for families with kids. Also another small but important aspect was that the outdoor pools were heated so the kids could enjoy the water play even in a cooler weather."

Pool area was always busy and a sun trap! We went self catering and were happy with the location (4min drive to Caletta de Fuste). "
