The apartments are very clean, cleaners come almost everyday to make/ change beds, clean up, replace towels/ toliet roll. The breakfast was good and always filled up. Staff are very friendly. The sun reaches the side that these apartments are located on abit later in the morning/ afternoon.

The room was lovely cleaners did an amazing job. Solarium a little peace of heaven where you could relax Pool lovely Breakfast had a good choice and we enjoyed the omelettes. Happy hour was great although we ate there for lunch the first day which was poor. Food came quickly and served cold but it could have been an off day Steps down to beach didn’t take long although walk back up could be challenging if you have mobility issues but plenty of taxis around. Will defiantly return

LOVELY HOTEL
Lovely and beautiful Hotel. The staff are fantastic, and the place is spotless. The views of Puerto Rico and facilities from the rooftop are incredible. Wifi was good.

Having stayed here a few times over the past 2 years we were a little disappointed that they have started to cut costs on the breakfast - very limited selection of continental compared to previous visits. The hot food was of lower quality, smaller omelettes and often not very warm - this let the hotel down this time. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The cleaning is good, although for a 4* hotel should be daily not 5 days. The swimming pool is pleasant and adequate amounts of seating around it and on roof. Overall still a nice hotel but not sure would pay the supplement for the food offering at breakfast as it wasn’t as good as previous visits.

Great stay!
Great stay at Nachosol Atlantic! Everywhere was spotlessly clean, staff friendly and helpful, facilities great. Shame that the hot tubs were out of order for our stay but we were able to use the one at the hotel next door. Room and balcony was great and well equipped.

The apartments were really lovely, clean, modern and well equipped. Cleanliness vary good, higher floor room a little noisy with air on units above the bedrooms. Pool areas quite tight but surrounding beaches extremely good Happy hours very good value, and staff very pleasant

A rough diamond
This hotel is definitely one of the best in Puerto Rico, modern, clean and very friendly staff. There are 2 buildings next to each other, the hotel and then the apartment building which we were in. Both have there own pools, which are a medium size and roof terrace with hot tubs. The apartment itself has small cooking area. Apartment was clean, big balcony and modern. It would be good to have 2 pillows rather than 1 and noise can be heard from rooms above. We were second floor, id ask not to be ground floor as they are next to public pool. The resort is on a hill and its 170 steps to the beach which is a slog on the way up. It would be good to have an onsite shop rather than carrying 5 litre bottles of water up a hill. Based on other properties we seen this is by far one of the better looking ones

Lovely new hotel overlooking the beach
New hotel overlooking Peurto Rico beach. Quiet area and lovely views. The room was spotless with comfy beds. All rooms have a sea view and there is a large solarium on the roof terrace.

Christmas break
Clean new modern and bright, ikea minimalist in fact a little sparse where utensils and crockery come in so not advisable for making meals, ok for snacks, and breakfast but we are out at night, towels not very big so may have to either bring your own or ask for more and only one thin pillow that you can use but I used the cushion off the sofa as my second pillow, now then one big problem was no curtains in our room, a thin drop down roller blind over the patio door which let light flood in straight into the bedroom which had no door, we were both wide awake every morning at about 4/5am not from daylight but the hundreds of lights from the other side of the valley, the small pool was lovely and warm but the larger pool was freezing, did not eat but bought drinks from the bar which were reasonable, the staff are very polite and have us a courtesy room on check out, Puerto Rico commercial centre is huge and has so many bars and restaurants, quantity over quality though, we thought the best places to eat were down by the beach, would not return purely down to lack of sleep and neither of us were keen on the area but for a cheap week of sunshine it's fine. We paid 865 pounds sterling for a week over Christmas in a 1 bed 1st floor apartment, no food included

Regarding your comments, we are sorry to read that you will not be returning. We do remind you that our reception is open 24 hours and that if you had contacted our staff during your stay with us, we could have solved many of the issues that you describe in your review. We have different pillows available under request, if you missed any utensils or wanted more crockery we could have provided extra. Regarding our towels, they are a standard size, if you wanted a extra big towel we do provide big pool towels in exchange of a deposit. Our pools and jacuzzi are all heated, our pools are 25 degrees and jacuzzies 35 degrees. Our technicians keep a strict record and check the temperatures every day so we do not understand that it was cold for you. Regarding the issue with the light, we could have found a way to solve this or offer you a different room. After all, our main goal is to have satisfied and happy guests. However, if you decide to come back in a future remember that our staff will help with you with any matter if you contact us! Best regards, IG Hotels.

It was great! Spacious room with everything you would need. New and modern design. The hotel had 3 swimming pools all together and 2 rooftop terraces with beautiful views. We really enjoyed our stay.

What you only need to bring with you are towels for swimming pool or you can also rent them for €10 deposit per each at reception. We were very impressed with this hotel. Excellent value. Beautiful clean modern rooms, fabulous sun terrace with jacuzzi. Lovely pool area. Very good location for walking down to beach and also to shopping centre. We could not have chosen anywhere better. Fabulous.

Fint opphold
Bra hotell med kjøkkenkrok,lite utstyr men ok.vi hadde ei premium leilighet på i 2etasje og det var sol fra 11til 19på balkongen.rolig plass og veldig fint på solterrassen på toppen med jacussi og utsikt over heile puerto rico,vi lagde. all maten selv pga.cøliaki og det gjekk greit.
