Located near shopping, restaurants and many activities including, hiking and biking trails, public beach and nearby marina that can help you with their many water activity rentals. This two bedroom, two bathroom condo sleeps six, with a king bed in the master bedroom and queen bed and day bed/trundle in the second bedroom. While located on the second floor, there is an elevator and for guests to utilize. Amenities include a pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym for guests to enjoy. While we want you to enjoy your spectacular PK condo experience, there are rules that need to be listed, as this is a “family oriented” condominium. The property was beautiful, updated, and quiet. We were able to enjoy the pool/hot tub area and our balcony quite a bit. Hemmingway’s was a short walk from our room and was the perfect spot for dinner one of the evenings. We found the condo to be fully stocked with everything we needed (and more). Jeff gave us all of the info we needed ahead of time to check in and access the amenities and due to his thoroughness and foresight, we never had to ask him any questions while we were there. Unit: very nice, new, well-kept condo on the second floor. The beds are nice. You walk in and feel good. Everything was though of and well planned. We enjoyed the balcony a lot. The chairs are amazingly comfortable and view is serene. Check-in/checkout process: couldn't be easier. Lots of communication and ease of use. I would highly recommend this place.
