Great entertaining layout, great room layout, amazing views and excellent communication with the owners. There was also an unexpected birthday gift bag with personalized items upon our arrival. Highly recommend"

"I came to Springhill Suites, trying to run away from storms. Well, I ran right into them! Yvette, the front desk attendant, was so kind and acommodating! My anxiety was through the roof, so she did everything in her power to make me as comfortable as possible. When I checked out, I had to leave my car overnight. They took notes to make sure my car was picked up by my husband and not anyone else. I would recommend the hotel to anyone!"

"Excellent customer service during my stay. The hotel was just absolutely disgusting. Will not stay here again. The tub was dirty. Toilet was dirty. Side tables were dirty. The walls… ugh just nasty. Also, it was loud at night so if you’re staying here in hopes of getting a good night sleep, think again. The noise was from vehicles and motorcycles passing by."
