"The front staff was very friendly. Breakfast was decent. The pool was nice. The hot tub had too many dead insects in it so i decided not to get in. Overall, I would definitely stay again. "

"What an awesome place!! We were surprised to see how large the room was and it very nicely updated as well! Staff was super friendly and helpful giving us tips of what all to see and do in the area. We’ve already planned our next stay for crazy water festival in October! Only wish was for the restaurant and to stay open a little later but 12/10 recommend. Super cute!"

Quality Inn & Suites Weatherford

"The room I was provided at this Quality Inn was in incredibly poor condition, but the most alarming issue was the overwhelming odor of mildew. Because sleeping in a mildew-infested room poses a genuine health risk, I immediately returned to the front desk to request a refund so I could safely stay elsewhere. Management flatly refused. With my money tied up, I asked if I could simply be moved to a different room. They had an identical room available but refused to let me switch unless I paid an additional $35 fee. I explained that because the original room they provided was unfit for sleep, a transfer should be accommodated at no extra charge. Unbelievably, they refused this basic request as well. Refusing a refund for an unsafe room and then trying to extort more money from a customer is completely unacceptable. I highly recommend avoiding this motel at all costs."

"Everything was good except when it came to the TV Satellite. didn't have a clue on how to find a channel so I called the front desk and the gentleman was at my door in a jiffy. He came in and fiddled with the remotes and got the TV working in no time at all. He even showed me the buttons to push if any issues were to arise. Happy to say No issues and the stay wa great. We will return when in the Brownwood, Tx area. Thank You Sir for your hospitality."

"There were roaches in our room. Molded and leaking ceiling. Bathroom was gross. The pools was shut down the entire time. Staff said it would be fixed the first day and then wouldn't provided any up date. One staff member was polite and helpful. The others were not so nice or helpful. Even to the point of yelling at us after he asked us a question. Over all, 10/10 would never recommend! Will not stay there again."

"The inside was very clean, manager was very helpful. The air conditioner and coffee maker was great. TV and sleeping quarters was good. I think the only thing I seen that needs to be addressed is all the barn swallow nests and their droppings need to be cleared away. Not a good thing to have bird excrement falling not only on our heads but also the hoods of our cars. Otherwise very nice place to lay down ones head for the night. 😊"
