"The property is absolutely immaculate! The yard and landscaping was so clean and inviting. We absolutely loved our whole stay. The property was exactly as described (actually even better!). Waking up and sitting on the oversized deck was a perfect way to start the day. The location of the property on the water is PERFECT! Great for our kids (and us) to swim, jump of the platform, paddleboard and fish! The dock is incredible! Plenty of room for all of us to be out there and not be on top of eachother. The beds were comfy and the bunkhouse was a dream for us having older kiddos! Lots of amenities available if you need them. Overall a great vacation!"

We had a number of things happen that were out of the ordinary and she answered immediately, followed up to make sure things were resolved and that we were happy and enjoying our stay. "This was such a nice property. Its hard to find a house on the river and this one was perfect. It was so relaxing to be able to sit down by the river. I stayed there by myself, but this house could easily accommodate 20 people. I would stay here again for sure."

"We traveled to Graford for a baseball tournament at Rocker B and the location was perfect for that. Two families stayed and the layout worked great for us as well. The home was spacious and open concept, with plenty of bedrooms, clean and located in safe gated community. Unfortunately, the outdoor TV did not work with any remotes found in the house (which was a bummer for the kids). Owner’s communication (regarding a previously discussed situation) and potential charges (later withdrawn and the issue corrected) were less than ideal in an otherwise great weekend."

"My son and I spent the weekend pre-fishing for his high school regional bass tournament. The house was perfect for our needs. I have a 21’ boat with dual axle trailer and was able to back the boat and trailer down the slight hill and into the driveway area. We were able to charge our batteries each night with extension cords to a back porch outlet. Beautiful view of like. Great getaway to PK!"
