nice hotel. wants to be fancy but certainly nice. the rooms are basic and the view can be nice. Ours was of the pool and neighborhood. We did see the water it was nice. We are from a beach townhouse and knew not much would be happening. We were correct. NOTHING was open as far as nightlife. The dinner buffet was less than appetising. We wanted a small salad to take the edge off and only offered the full meal. Too much for old warm table food. Breakfast was nice. Egg bar which isn't usually at this level of hotel. We would stay again

Perfect location, clean room, friendly staff!
Our room had a beautiful view of the sea. Could hear the sound of the waves at night. Best sleep ever!

We stayed in 8 different hotels during our trip, and this was easily the most lacklustre. The only positives I can muster are that it was clean and close to the beach. Apart from that, I think we got a good dose of what hotels were like under the communist regime of the former country. Sterile and cold, from the fixtures to the lady at the front desk. What the Premier Sea View room gets you is a balcony with a nice view - what this doesn't mention is that this room is not a part of the main hotel, but across the street and down a little ways. You get to truck your own luggage down the street and upstairs (top story in our case) in blazing heat, to be greeted by a room with the A/C switched off. While the air-conditioner appeared to be a somewhat recent model, the poor thing chugged on for several hours before the temperature became bearable in the room. There were several things unique to this hotel that made it poor, and this wasn't even the cheapest place we stayed. The toilet paper did not come in rolls, but was stacked in a dispenser which gave 2 sheets at a time. I haven't seen anything like that since primary school. Our TV would not power on - this was a minor inconvenience, since we weren't there to watch TV. I checked the cables and that the outlets worked, but gave up after that. I had no interest in contacting the front desk. There was also no safe in the room, so our passports were stored in easily accessible cubby holes on the front desk. Paid WiFi in 2015?

hotel a little dated and in need of a update! A large amount of stairs to be climbed, with no lift to assist to outside. good coastal area for swimming off rocky shore.

Hotel is nice and close to beach . Rooms are ok f
We book room through expedition and that includes free parking . When we checked out they charged us extra for parking . Hotel manager explained us that parking is free only if we park car on a street !!!!! On a top of that we had to check out at 10 AM and hotel rules displayed in our room says that check out is 11 AM Breakfast is terrible with processed meat which is not suitable even for dogs and cats . Fruit was old and half rotten . They tried to charge us more than Expedia price was and when we extended stay for one day we had to pay extra 50 Euros . Manageress explanation was that reason for that is fluctuation of exchange rate Euro versus Croatian Kuna . We left hotel feeling that we were robbed . Never again

Skidt oplevelse i smukke omgivelser
Der var rent og udsigten var eminent. Der var vist kun en enkelt elevator. Der var 32 gr udenfor, og airconditionanlæg kunne ikke stilles til meget under 29 gr. En del af hotellet gæster var på all inclusive - ved ikke om det var derfor at det var umuligt at vriste et smil ud fra nogen af dem.

Ingen hiss i anexet, svårt att hitta rätt rum, ofräsch pool, stökig frukost med smutsiga koppar och tallrikar. Dagspersonalen inte särskilt trevlig, nattpersonalen bättre. Städning av rummet OK. Väl fungerande luftkonditionering.

accomodation ok,hotel have perfect localisation,near the beach, food super-we have all inclusive,lunch was the best of all, clean room, new towels every day, BUT we have problem with car!!!! on booking system is writing PARKING FREE, it is not nessesery reservation place for car, but must pay 10euro/day ,it wan not problem,but problem was when have chek out and we ask where we can parking and Mrs.on the recepcion/ by the way -he was not friendy/ say that it is not his problem.So we parked on grass next to the road, but wheels of car was not on accommodation road and our car was pull out!!!!!! Price 70euro!!!!!! So,,thank you,,hotel Labineca and Mrs.on recepsion,because with 4 small children we must handle this. :-((((

View over the Adriatic sea
When we were checking – in the receptionist told us that you couldn`t offer those rooms we had reserved due to some problems caused by weekends bad weather. First thought was not for me. Instead as a compensation they offered us a two bedroom apartment with all inclusive with no extra cost. That was a very nice surprise. Holiday week was perfect and we enjoyed very much. Wi-Fi should be better.

Bra beliggenhet, men skuffende totalt sett.
Beliggenheten og selve hotellet var helt greit, men det var mange nedsider ved det. For det første, er det bare å glemme å komme seg på internett. Wifi er ikke-eksisterende, og de sier bare i resepsjonen at det er for mange gjester på en gang. Videre er utvalget på restauranten svært variabelt og totalt sett dårlig. Du må vente veldig lenge hvis det er tomt, noen ganger opp til 15 minutter for at de skal hente mer. Det er svært lange køer, og hotellet virker overhodet ikke forberedt på at det er så mange gjester. Dårlig rengjøring rundt bassenget, og i selve bassenget.

Stäng hotellet!
Möttes av utskällning för parkering utanför hotellet vid incheckning. Hotellrum med trasig dörr och inte sängkläder till alla personer. Pool med grumligt vatten. Smutsigt poolomr som drog till sig bin. Dålig standard på frukost. Värst av allt var när vi skulle få ut vår bil från hotellets parkering. Hotellet hade organiserat parkering där andra bilar blockerade vår bil. Personalen fick inte tag på bilägare för att flytta bilar vilket gjorde att vi fick vänta ca 2 timmar innan de fick tag på en som med mycket krångel flyttade på sin bil för att vi med millimeterprecision kunde trixa ut vår bil. Under all kritik!!! Tyckte synd om receptionspersonal som ändå försökte hjälpa till.

Sto se tiče soba..čiste su. .jedino po meni dva obična kreveta ne čine bračni. .ali eto. Klime odlično rade u dijelu glavne zgrade gdje smo mi bili smješteni. .dok u dr.dijelu nisu radile..gdje su naši prijatelji bili smjesteni Hrana solidna. ..nije nešto raznovrsna ali zadovoljavajuća. ..jedino mi se nije svidjelo.. za vrijeme dorucka nije bilo oznaka za ponuđene suhomesnate proizvode .pa se moraš sam informisati. . Voda u bazenu nije čista. .ali je zato plaža prelijepa i voda kristalna.

Hotel mit fantastischem Berg- und Meerblick
Alle Zimmer sind so angeordnet, dass man vom Balkon aus aufs Meer und die Berge schauen kann. Ein wirklich sehr schöner Ausblick. Das Frühstück war prima, es fehlte an nichts. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

A picco sul mare.
L'hotel, su più livelli, è direttamente sul mare. Posizione centrale e comoda per raggiungere il centro di Gradac. Camere confortevoli in relazione alla categoria dell'hotel. Personale cortese e disponibile (non parlano italiano). Cucina gradevole e abbastanza varia. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo consiglio.

Kellemes stand és tiszta Hotel
Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat.Gyakorlatilag mindennel meg voltunk elégedve.Két kisebb problémát említenék. A fürdőben többször előfordult, hogy kellemetlen szag jött, amit a takarító valami szagtalanítót öntött a WC-be és a ventilátor állandóan ment. A parkolás ingyen, vagy fizetni kell. A később érkezők csak a fizetőst tudják választani, mivel a buszuk a többi helyet elfoglalják, holott a kihasználatlan volt teniszpályán a buszoknak ki lehetne alakítani megálló helyeket, így az autósoknak több és nagyobb helye lehetne.

Un hôtel à eviter !
Hotel des années 1970 très vieillissant. Le buffet est digne d'une mauvaise cantine! Il est très difficile de se garer à proximité. (parking toujours complet) Les chambres auraient besoin d' être rénovées. Cet hôtel n' est pas du tout dans les standards français. (d' ailleurs il n' y avait pas de français) Le personnel est dépité et très désagréable.

한적한 곳에 위치한 호텔
스플리트와 두브로브니크 사이에 있어서 이동 중에 들러 쉬면서 근처 여행 계획이나 여행 준비하기 좋다. 독일어를 쓰는 연세 드신 단체 관광객들이 주로 있고 호텔 근처 마을은 별다른 관광지가 아니지만 호텔 바로 앞의 바다는 매우 깨끗하고 한적하여 더운 여름에 해수욕을 하면 좋을 것 같다. 호텔 직원들은 매우 친절하다.

A Hotel Labineca-ban 7 éve voltunk, már akkor megragadott a hotel kellemes környezete,tisztasága, barátságos fogadtatás, a felszolgált ételek változatossága.Jelenleg is ugyanezt tudjuk elmondani, nagyon jól éreztük magunkat.Meglepett a tengerpart " felújítása"( a vízben levő nagy kövek befedése apró kavicsokkal) ami nagyon jót tett a fürdőzés szempontjából.Ha tehetjük legközelebb is ezt a szállodát választjuk.

Wakacje w dobrej cenie.
Hotel jest pięknie położony, bezpośrednio nad morzem, tuż przy ładnej plaży. Z pokoi rozpościera się piękny widok na morze i okoliczne wyspy. Hotel jest stary, dawno nie remontowany, ale czysty. Obsługa w recepcji nieprzyjemna, słabo znająca angielski i niemiecki. Jedzenie dobre i urozmaicone, kelnerzy szybko i sprawnie obsługują, warto wykupić opcję all inclusive. Parkować należy na parkingu hotelowym, z innych miejsc auta są często odholowywane, o czym pracownicy recepcji nie informują. Ogólnie dobry stosunek ceny do jakości.

Essen war gut, Personal war nett!!! Drei mal in die Woche am Abend habe die Disko auf die Tarasse gehabt und das war sehr laut.Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist nicht gut, weil du nicht schlafen kannst...!!! Ich habe mich beschwert dass ich anders Zimmer bekomme auf die andere Seite von Hotel, aber leiderer haben wir nicht bekommen!!!!!! Zimmer sehr klein und nicht so gemütlich! Strand überfüllt zuwenig ligen und Sonnenschirme die du dir als Gast mitten muss um 10eu Pro Tag. Internet muss man zahlen extra plus Parkplatz auch!! Es gibt fiel zum erzählen........

5 dagar på Labineca i slutet av juli 2015
Bodde på hotellet under 5 dagar i slutet av juli 2015. Rummet vi bodde i var inte i hotellets huvudbyggnad utan på andra sidan av gatan - ca 40-50 m bort från ingången till hotellet. Rummet var nyrenoverat och rymlig med en ganska stor balkong. Maten i "all inclusive" restaurangen var OK - ingen lyxmat direkt, men helt OK med bra utbud som varierade från dag till dag. All inclusive gällde dock inte på alla hotellets områden utan bara på huvudrestaurangen och en annan "snack" bar som låg en våning ner. Stranden utanför hotellet är fin och havsvattnet var väldigt varmt under vår tid där, men tyvärr var det ibland väldigt svårt att hitta utrymme på stranden då den nyttjades av alla i området och inte bara hotellgäster. De få parasoller som kunde hyras (9-10 stycken) var bokade flera dagar i förväg och väldigt svåra att få tag i. Åker man till Gradac med bil (som vi gjorde) så kan det under högsäsongen vara väldigt svårt med att hitta ledig parkeringsplats - även om det i själva bokningen står att parkering ingår.
