"The hotel is a resort hotel. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great. The only issue we had was parking. There were no defined parking spots so cars were parked with a lot of space in between. "

"Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich gut instand gehalten. Das Gebäude ist recht gross. Je nach dem wo das Zimmer ist, muss man recht viel laufen. Schöne Aussicht. Pool ebenfalls. In Hauptsaison ist der pool sicherlich zu klein. Schönes Spielzimmer für Kinder vorhanden. Minibar im Zimmer leer. Nicht mal eine Wasserflasche im Zimmer. Rezeption interessiert das nicht auch nach Nachfrage. Parkplatz extragebühren 20-/Tag. Wollten unser Aufenthalt um 1 Tag verschieben (in Nebensaison, hotel fast leer), dann hat es geheissen, sie haben keine Verfügbarkeiten. Nicht motiviert, um etwas für die Gäste zu tun."

"Amazing hotel! There is still some work undergoing at the hotel and not all areas were opened. It has the best reception and amazing hospitality. The issues we had with the booking via Expedia were promptly resolved by the concierge manager Jasmina. The spa was out of this world with several different saunas. Highly recommended. The room was well equipped but I think the decor inside of it does not match the beautiful decor in the lobby. We opted for a half board option. The breakfast options were plentiful. Great juice bar. Dinner options were slightly more limited but that could be down to my personal preferences. The only downside I found was the parking. Plenty of parking spaces but they there but they were about 5 - 10 min walk away, partially on a gravel road. The hotel golf buggies were there but nobody bothered to offer a lift to the car park. We did a lot of walking whilst there and were tired at the end of the day. Plus I had to be careful not to ruin my shoes. It was a minor inconvenience but still something to consider. I would throughly recommend the hotel and I am already looking to book it again."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is nicely decorated with pool, steam rooms and a gym. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade and a birthday cake. The premium room was very spacious, comfortable, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for the hospitality. The dinner and breakfast buffets had wide variety of options in high quality. The only downside was that drinks were not included with dinner, which was a bit unexpected. One area for improvement would be the steam rooms. Guests are not allowed to wear swimsuits in any of the steam rooms, meaning everyone must be fully nude in shared spaces. It would be more comfortable if this were optional. I would personally feel more at ease if there were separate spaces by gender or the option to wear swimwear, as I’ve experienced in other hotels. Because of this policy, I wasn’t able to enjoy the steam rooms. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend the hotel!"

"Best Hotel we have ever been too! First time in Croatia and the hotel and staff made our stay spectacular! Checked in late because other resort in the area cancelled us last minute! Sorry if I pronounce name wrong Lubro at front desk was awesome and knew of our last minute cancelation and was very nice and even next day gave us an upgrade with seaview so we could enjoy our first time in Croatia! Also Melissa which was new to hotel was kind and patient with us in showing us areas of hotel and kept checking on us everyday! In the restaurant under the lobby we will always remember Ashur for his patience in our ordering of our food and translating everything we didnt understand! Also gave us great suggestions around the hotel. Thank you Grand Park Hotel for an extraordinary stay!"
