"Loved everything about the hotel. My only criticism would be about the quality of the Continental breakfast. Some sugar free options would be nice. I have been a chef for 45 years and I can tell you that the person preparing the food either doesn't care or isn't trained properly."

"This was an amazing hotel full of games and all sorts of fun for the kids like mini golf and go carts. It is very conveniently placed with short travel distance to good food, shops while not being to far from all of the parks or Des Moines bike and nature trails. "The temperature in the room was ice cold, and I was miserable all night until finally the next morning it warmed up. The room smelled awful like rotten food and was very filthy on the floor. The next morning at breakfast I went up to the buffet and all of the food was gone from the warming trays. ..."
