It is very conveniently placed with short travel distance to good food, shops while not being to far from all of the parks or Des Moines bike and nature trails. "The temperature in the room was ice cold, and I was miserable all night until finally the next morning it warmed up. The room smelled awful like rotten food and was very filthy on the floor. The next morning at breakfast I went up to the buffet and all of the food was gone from the warming trays. ..."
