I stayed here for a week and ate at the 2nd fl. Restaurant everyday. There is this one young server lady that has horrible attitude. She really seemed like she didn’t want to work, and just wanted to go home ASAP. Last order was 2pm, she kicked us out when we when we try to order at 1:53pm. Shame on you!

샤워장 시설에서 수압이 너무 적어 사용하기가 불편하네요. 개선 부탁 드립니다. 또한 옆 공사현장이 3년동안 진행중이라서 빠른 시간 내에 끝내면 주변 경관이 너무 좋을 것 같네요.

호텔에 사우나,수영장이 없어 편의시설에 대한 배려가 없으며 방구조가 TV시청이 어렵고 샤워하기가 어려운 구조로 위험하며, 호텔앞 해변에 선텐 할 수있는 시설도 없고 대체적으로 투숙객에 대한 배려가 없음. 냉장고 미작동으로 냉장고 교체ㅠ. 전체적으로 호텔 이름에 비해 환경이 좋지않으나 로비는 좋음.

과대평가된 르네블루
송지호와 청정한 고성 앞바다를 바라보는 멋진 위치의 르네블루 호텔은 강원도에 많지 않은 4성급 호텔 중의 하나로서, 멋진 동해 바다 전망을 갖고 있어서 명성이 높습니다. 하지만, 가족들과 함께 그랜드 패밀리 스위트에서 3박을 한 제 경험에 비추어 볼 때, 르네블루는 <멋진 전망> 이외에는 별 장점이 없는 그저그런 호텔이라는 게 제 판단입니다. 첫째, 저는 가족과 함께 목요일 저녁 7시쯤 호텔 현관에 도착하였습니다만, 정문에는 아무도 없어서 가방도 스스로 내리고, 주차장도 찾아서 헤매었습니다. 호텔 직원에게서 마중 받지 못한 호텔은 제 인생에서 르네블루가 처음인 것 같습니다. 둘째, 저녁 7시인데도 호텔 1층의 멋진 홀과 체크인 카운터에는 직원이 아무도 없었고 넓디 넓은 1층 홀에는 저희 가족 외에는 아무도 없었습니다. 체크인 카운터에는 전화번호 안내만 있어서, 매우매우 황당했습니다. 몇분 후 직원이 오시긴 했지만, 미안하다는 말은 못 들었습니다. 세째, 멋진 바다가 호텔 앞에 있다는 것은 확실하지만, 안타깝게도 비치 관리가 안돼서, 해변이 제법 지저분합니다. 네째, 호텔에 하나 뿐인 식당의 음식은 저렴한 편이나 매우 평범합니다. 전체적으로 볼 때, 르네블루는 멋진 경관과 조용함은 갖고 있으나, 그 이외의 부분에서는 가격과 호텔 등급에 비해 부족한 부분이 많이 있고, 호텔의 전반적인 서비스 수준은 고객이 지불하는 금전에 많이 미치지 못한다는 게 제 개인적인 판단입니다.
