I was very surprised with the room considering the review . It was very clean and neat . I just didn’t remember the 100$ deposit . It was refundable jus thought it was jus a little high but overall it was a good stay

I never like staying near Nashville bc finding a safe/decent place is NOT easy. This is an older property and as long as you only need a place to sleep overnight and don't care about it being fancy this will work. Breakfast was average, could have been worse or better... better than nothing. Beds were comfy enough. Would stay again if just needing a place for the night.

Dirty room, bad odor, toilet would not flush. Limited television options, we were told we would have to pay $100 deposit in case we smoked in our non-smoking room. However, when we checked in the room smelt like a smoking room. Terrible security as the door would not close or lock properly. Luckily, we only had to stay there because repairs were being done on our home. I feel bad for anyone to come from out of town and stumble across this hotel.

Passive aggressive the staff clearly have no respect for the guest and I stayed here 9 days. Apparently it is a problem to book through a third party website and they penalize you with an early check in fee every day if you choose to extend your stay by one more day unless you over pay by booking it directly through thebhotel which is more than double the online prices even if you dont change rooms they still charge you as though you were never there to begin with and then on my 9th day while I was in Nashville looking for an Apartment they decided that I needed to Be disturbed by knocking on my door while the sign was clearly up. Do Not Disturb looking for me to pay another $12. For an early Check in fee even though I had been in the same room for 9 days in a row. No customer service, no respect, just despicable. Ive spent a fotune here in 9 days absolutely unacceptable. Treatment to charge guest when in reality me not requesting a new room and not having them even clean the suite i did that myself even borrowed the vacum to clean up prevous guests mess saving them money they still felt entitled to more cash for a fake early checkin fee being that I booked online, it actually required them to do nothing. The only reason I even had to go to the office is because of the fee so there was no added effort for the staff and i was in my suite four days at that point i guess they wanted me to Check out every additional day and sit in the lobby for 4 hours to avoid said fees

A bit out of the way but for the price pretty good. Little things can go a long way, like all cable channels available, bigger shower towels, actually having soap in the shower dispenser, the microwave and fridge in more convenient location other then in a tight corner by the sink. Would have got 4.5-5 stars across the board if those little things were up to par. Other than that was an enjoyable very clean place to stay and will definitely keep an eye out for them in future trips to Nashville.

door to room itself barely closed. bathroom door didn’t have a knob, bottom corner looked like it had been chewed off and if you pulled on it just a little too hard it split in half. everything was brown and stained. disgusting place.

Check-in legitimately took 20 minutes for a booked and prepaid room. The room itself was disgusting. Stains on the carpet, towels, sheets, and pillowcases. In addition, everything was dusty and covered in a sticky film, especially the desk and bathroom sink. Multiple hairs from different people were found in the bed and shower respectively. On the first floor, you could hear everyone walking by, talking on the phone, and filling up at the nearby gas station. You could also smell everyone smoking outside the room. We felt very unsafe and very dirty due to the state of the room. They had us make a $100 deposit incase we smoked in a non-smoking room as if the smell of the room could get any worse. We have yet to get that deposit back. I cannot believe a place like this can even pass any health/safety code and will never return.

The staff were awesome. This property is in the process of being renovated. I had new carpet in my room. However, the bed was horrid. You could feel on the side of the bed, towards the door, where people would sit on the side of the bed to put the clothes on. The mattress was totally worn out. I had to sleep on the other side of the bed (not my normal sleeping side). The other issue I had was the "Continental breakfast". It was a farce. The only thing they had was small cinnamon rolls, bread to make toast, cereal and waffles. Oh, and they had some taco looking egg and sausage thing pre-packaged. They didn't even have bagels and cream cheese or yogurt. Needless to say I was not impressed at all. The only thing I had for breakfast was warm apple juice because the refrigerator didn't even work very well in the kitchen area. I really hate it to leave a bad review because the staff were so nice. Especially Micheal.

This property was disgusting. Soap buildup a 1/2” thick on tub spout and side of tub. Both couch cushions stained with animal pee and fur, cigarette holes in comforter and couch, had to hold phone jack in the wall to make a call that dropped, bed was extremely lumpy, security bolt was coming loose from door frame, took nearly 30 minutes to check in 3 people, continental breakfast was severely lacking, completely unattended front desk at check out, lack of concern related to my complaints about cleanliness.

Stayed here for one night and won’t stay here again. A lot of movement from people walking back and forth outside. Seen way to many cockroaches. The staff was nice. Did not eat breakfast due to the amount of cockroaches I seen.

Roach Hotel
Hotel room saw a roach crawl across the desk - not long after entering. Front desk claimed this had not been an issue in the past. I agreed to give the benefit of the doubt - switched rooms. Later found a roach in the dresser drawers. When i went to check out at 5 pm since obviously it was a problem - I was told they had to charge me for a night's rent. Ridiculous. I got my credit card paid back but not the points I used for the trip from Hotels.com. Ridiculous- I lost out for their lack of cleaning and lack of pest control.
