Nice hotel, lobby was amazing with lots of comfortable seating, outdoor fireplace, small basketball court on site, etc.
Overall clean everything was nice although for a new hotel, wall paper already peeling in hallways and shower was getting a little scummy. The back doors and ledges inside were full of dist and dead bugs, just needs a little TLC in common areas.

Courtyard by Marriott tends to be just outside our budget, so I can't really compare this one to others of the same, but I can say we saw a big improvement over the H.I. Express and Sleep Inn type places. Much better breakfast, nicer everything in the room, better pool (small but clean and bright). If you can get a good deal, choose this hotel.
