"We had a very good experience at this Westin property. Our double bed room was very large. The bathroom was great. We were especially impressed by the helpfulness of the staff, including Tracia (who went above-and-beyond in helping us to get print-outs of some important documents). Our only disappointments were in the tiny and rather useless refrigerator and TV remote control. Both were bizarrely small and not very useful."

"We spent four nights at this hotel, conveniently located off I-394. The hotel is clean and well maintained (during our stay, they were having carpeting replaced, and the workers were friendly and accommodating to guests, and completed the job on our floor in two days!). Our room was spacious and comfortable. Comfy bed and pillows. The AC kept us cool. The lounge was spacious and clean and bright. Happy hour from 7-8 pm. The complimentary breakfast was pretty tasty, with options for mini-cheese-omelets, sausage, mini-pancakes, yogurt, make-your-own toast and waffles, granola bars, mini-muffins, apples, plus the usual juices and coffee. Plenty of free parking. Nearby were a Menards, credit union (ATM), fast food, and restaurants. This hotel is only 10-15 minutes from downtown; we avoided the highways and saw some beautiful neighborhoods as we drove to our destinations each day."
