Key collection was not secure. Apartment was clean inside. Outside covered in a lot of bird poop as well as glass verandah. However the crack head know to residents continuously ranting and using language wise than a sailor was enough for me and my safety. The view of the neighborhood and the filth was too much for the money I was paying. I was told to call the police to remove the crack head as she rants day and night. We didn’t end up staying at all.
