We struggled with the Aircon and found even when working it was not adequate to keep the room cool and we generally felt warm in the apartment and building most of the time. We also met guests from other floors who found their rooms hot as well. The appartment is well equiped however would benefit from a few more hygeine amenties such as paper towel, handsoap and enough dishwashing liquid. Pools were amazing, late night spa was enjoyed, walking distance to Cavil or one Tram stop. Very convenient. The only downside to our stay was on new years we couldn’t see the fireworks but the beach was only 2 min walk so that was ok, but it would be better to see it from the balcony and the view of the high rise. Gerry was absolutely fantastic to deal with, very prompt in his responses, nothing was too hard. Thankyou and we will highly recommend this Stayz property.
