This open plan home has 4 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. to 11 separate restaurants; beach is just a walking distance away. in Isle of Capri, centre of the Gold Coast, Ultimate Resort-Like 5BR Capri Waterfront w/ Pool is situated in the sought after Isle of Capri, conveniently located in a prime and prestigious residential area walking distance to Surfers Paradise. See House rules for more info \- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction. \- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday.
