The lounges are close to needing replacement (too soft for me!!). Most importantly, the remote for the main room's light/fan was missing. Had neither light nor fan there. Would have thought the presence of remotes would be checked after each stay, but evidently not. We understand mistakes are made but being accurate about being pet friendly is important as it was the reason we selected Baronnet Apartments. The only the other complaint is the internet was not available on the first day and there was no TV unless you logged into your own streaming accounts. The location is great if you’re looking for midway between Surfers and Broadbeach. The window blinds were wafer thin! Every morning at 4.15am, the bedroom was lit up and red hot! The second, twice we had to change our fob as we were denied entry to the building!
