Consider this house your home away from home while you visit Broadbeach Waters. This adorable property features 4 bedrooms, including 2 queen beds, 1 twin bed, and 1 bunk bed. With 2 bathrooms equipped with showers, guests will have all the necessary comforts during their stay. Enjoy your time in Broadbeach Waters at our awesome house.  
  
Guest Verification & Security Deposit  
  
Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.  
  
Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:  
  
➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival  
➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).  
  
It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding!  
  
Pet-Friendly (By Request)  
We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval.  
➤ $170.00 pet fee per pet, per stay  
➤ $500.00 pet damage deposit is required and is refundable after your stay provided there is no damage  
➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long  
➤ Please clean up after your pet inside and out (especially make sure no dog poos outside in the front or back yard)

We provide a starter supply of essentials: quality toiletries, cleaning products, and pantry basics—enough to settle in comfortably before your first shop.
