The Neighborhood:

Getting Around:
The resort is ideally located only a short walk to the centre of Surfers Paradise and all of its shops and restaurants and only 2 minutes to the beach, and the added bonus of the new Light Rail station literally at your front doorstep.
Buses and taxis are also close by and readily available.

Location, cleanliness and ease of check in/out really made the stay wonderful. The facilities were great and the pools were perfect. Added bonus of a car space made it even more amazing.
Arrived on a Saturday, caught the 777 bus from Airport to Broadbeach South then Tram to Surfers Paradise stop 50 metre walk to pick up keys from lock box then back on Tram to next stop Cavill Ave, 100 metro walk then to Chevron Mall. Lift to Appartment is located next to Coles Supermarket. Great appartment as described, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great views and great location, smack bang in the middle of everything. Would definitely stay again..
Everything was fantastic. Smooth booking process. Great value. Lovely, spacious, homely apartment. Absolutely loved the pools, all 3 of them!! We found Surfers Paradise to be a little noisy in the evenings due to the night scene. But the incredible views from our balcony of the city, ocean and river definitely supersedes a little noise. Would absolutely stay here again

Unfortunately the property was under repair. This wasn't communicated until after we collected keys and then after a few poor options for alternate accommodation, we were forced to cancel and locate our own accommodation within the complex. Stressful to say the least.
Wow what a beautiful apartment. It has everything you need, the kitchen cupboards are full of crockery, cooking utensils and everything you could possibly need. The beds are super comfortable. Three large balconies all with different views over Surfers Paradise. The location is ideal for restaurants, the beach, shopping and theme parks. Our stay was in July and we were grateful for the warm indoor pool, though my children were brave enough to try the outdoor lagoon pool. The shopping centre and coles below were extremely handy. Lifts worked well and there was never a wait. The fob system to get in and out of the complex and apartments was excellent. I would highly recommend a stay here. Getting into the carpark was tricky on the first day as there are a few entrances but once we found it there was no problem.
We stayed here for 4 nights in August. The unit is as advertised and well presented. We were however given 2 face towels between 5 people which we thought was a little rough with 4 out of the 5 being female.
We feel the check in process needs to be streamlined somewhat as unless I contacted the landlord to confirm the process, 1 hour prior to boarding a plane, we would have been stranded with no accommodation.
No details of the check in process were listed on the stays website. We were arriving after hours on a Friday and since the real estate office where the keys are housed is not open on weekends this would have been a nightmare had we not have taken initiative.
Property was fine, but disgraceful and disgusting abusive attitude from Belinda at Raine and Horne in Surfers Paradise the so called “property manager” who I spoke to about some minor issues after checked out and in turn she got abusive, took no responsibility and proceeded to yell at me!! Awful customer service and no surprise the reviews about this place on other forums is negative. AVOID THIS PLACE AND USE SOMEONE ELSE!!
