It has everything you need, the kitchen cupboards are full of crockery, cooking utensils and everything you could possibly need. The beds are super comfortable. Three large balconies all with different views over Surfers Paradise. The location is ideal for restaurants, the beach, shopping and theme parks. Our stay was in July and we were grateful for the warm indoor pool, though my children were brave enough to try the outdoor lagoon pool. The shopping centre and coles below were extremely handy. Lifts worked well and there was never a wait. The fob system to get in and out of the complex and apartments was excellent. I would highly recommend a stay here. Getting into the carpark was tricky on the first day as there are a few entrances but once we found it there was no problem. ##### nicole k. The unit is as advertised and well presented. We were however given 2 face towels between 5 people which we thought was a little rough with 4 out of the 5 being female. We feel the check in process needs to be streamlined somewhat as unless I contacted the landlord to confirm the process, 1 hour prior to boarding a plane, we would have been stranded with no accommodation. No details of the check in process were listed on the stays website.
