Sempre que nos hospedamos no Rota 44 a experiência é ótima. Dessa vez em especial achei uma das recepcionistas ríspida, sem paciência e sem qualquer atitude no sentido de agradar o hóspede. Simpatia zero. A outra recepcionista estava aprendendo e tudo certo com relação a isso. Quando fomos pedir a nota no checkout mais uma vez a mesma recepcionista foi ríspida ao pedirmos a nota e ressaltarmos que por gentileza enviasse sem que para isso precisássemos ficar cobrando. Porque já aconteceu de informarem que seria enviada a nota e nós tivemos que cobrar para receber a mesma.

Hotel novo, quarto em que fiquei, 108, é excelente, bom espaço, cama confortável, banheiro muito bom, chuveiro excelente, tanto no controle de temperatura quanto na pressão. Café da manhã eu achei acima da média, mas com ressalva para reposição de alguns itens. Estacionamento com manobrista que ao contrário do que li em alguns comentários, foi bem rápido para trazer o carro. Voltarei a ficar nesse hotel nas próximas vezes, com certeza. Recomendo.
