It has two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a living room and a kitchen with a dinning table. It has a nice fully fenced yard and two parking spaces in front of the house. It is fully furnished and includes all utilities, wi-fi and laundry. Located in a cute cul-de-sac from a quiet neighborhood, just 1/2 mile from the beach and 50 minute drive to Boston. There is a central heat system for the winter and window a/c units for the summer. The laundry is shared and is located in the basement.
