No matter which staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. Always said hello with a smile on their faces and asked how everything was going throughout our stay. We loved the option of afternoon snacks and the popcorn was a plus.

Everything was great except i reserved and paid for a king bed room. To only recieve a double bed room. Hotel staff said it was cause i booked thru a thrid party "expedia." Main reason i chose hyatt was due to the room layout.

This a was a cute little, space efficient cabin. It was clean, well stocked with dishes, linens, a nuwave cooker, a spacious mini fridge. Host was prompt to respond to messages. Check in was easy and fast. Hot tub was great!
