« We had a very bad experience. The place was nice enough but the host was incredibly rude and accused us of causing damage, which we did not. He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor. »

The outdoor area and BBQ were filthy, covered in cobwebs and unusable. All kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery and glasses were dirty and had to be washed before using. « Great location, the house had lots of space, however, upon arrival we noticed the glassware was sticky from possible previous stayers and the cutlery was dirty.Additionally, the shower drain was clogged. Thankfully there was a plunger in the laundry, but in order to shower we had to continuously ’plunge’ whilst showering to stop the overflow. Other than that, the accommodation met all our needs. »
