Located at an altitude of 1000 meters, in the heart of unspoiled nature, it offers an exceptional setting. Breathe, slow down, and savor every moment. From the moment you enter, a warm atmosphere envelops you. The omnipresent wood, natural materials, mountain décor, and carefully crafted details create the cozy ambiance that is so typical of mountain chalets. The wood-burning stove, the true heart of the house, becomes the perfect companion for your evenings. The three bedrooms are designed to offer genuine comfort and restful nights, punctuated by the tranquility of the village. Outside, two large terraces and a balcony extend the peaceful atmosphere. But the choice is yours! In the morning, enjoy a coffee as the first rays of sunlight rise. At midday, enjoy a meal outdoors. In the evening, as winter arrives, admire the snow gently blanketing the plateau. Each season transforms the panorama into a living painting, sometimes luminous, sometimes wild, always inspiring. Giron is a true gem for sports and outdoor enthusiasts. In winter, the village becomes a renowned Nordic ski resort: cross-country skiing for all levels, snowshoeing excursions, and sleigh rides through the heart of nature. In summer, the landscape is transformed: hiking, mountain biking through the woods, and family walks to observe wildlife and breathe the fresh air of the Haut-Bugey region. An ideal place to recharge and reconnect with what truly matters. Property Description: Ground floor – 8.60 m² entrance hall, 1 master bedroom (160 cm bed) with private shower and toilet, 1 bedroom with 4 single beds (90 x 190 cm), including one bunk bed. Terrace 33 m² 1st floor: large living room 58 m², 1 bedroom (140 m²), shower room, WC. Terrace 28 m². Balcony 7.8 m². Bed linen, towels, and cleaning are optional. An authentic stay in the southern part of the Jura Mountains (Ain) Independent chalet, accommodating 8 people.
