Our initial reservation was for unit 8A, and was reserved based on the pictures on VRBO. As it turned out the unit we were allocated was 8c. Apparently Ola & Grace own both 8A & 8c. When we attempted to access the lock box with the code provided I had not noticed that the email that Ola sent showed the unit as 8c, as I had written 8A on my printed paperwork, from when we originally had reserved. So we were trying the lockbox on 8A. When it didn't work I went back to my recent email form Ola with the code, which said the code was for 8c, and that worked. It was only during our stay that I looked back at my paperwork and realized that the unit on our original paperwork had been switched from 8A to 8c. The picture on the website reservation for the bedroom and kitchen were obviously different and not of the same quality facility. I can provide pictures if anyone is interested. The mattress in 8c was of inferior quality compared to the one shown in the picture of 8A, and was not all that comfortable for sleeping. I did mention that to Ola when he visited to deliver a hair dryer which was not present when we arrived and some shampoo, which I mistakenly said was missing, when it was actually there. I am assuming that Ola received a longer term rental opportunity for 8A so took it and shifted us to 8c. If we had of been advised of the situation in advance I might have been a little more accepting of the situation. I expect that in Ola's mind he made the right choice for the situati
