After getting through to the helpline the owner simply cancelled my booking and I was left with nowhere to stay because they couldnt be bothered with the booking. « I've been to a place this who offer a similar service but their sauna wasn't as hot and the hot tub wasn't even a real hot tub instead it was a paddling pool that never really got hot enough, but this hot tub at this place was better and more bubbles, also has a cold water type plunge and they give you free snacks and drinks! i would highly recommend to visit! »
