Breakfast was poor. English muffins were dry and hard. Bagel with egg and sausage was not good. Bagel was too old and hard.

Great little home away for Competitions or Busines
Both the night and morning desk personnel were really great whenever we requested items. I would say the breakfast was some of the best I’ve seen for continental breakfast. My kids were able to pick great choices that were healthy and delicious! Very clean and great for the stay that we had for dance competition, with amenities for those of us who needed to cook our own food due to allergies.

Only stayed one night with my kids. Pool was decent and clean. Gym was also decent. Service was respectful and nice. Room was good size and fairly comfortable. Bathroom shower was in need of some repair but overall good!

I'm not providing a rating on the other items because the hotel had hot water problems so I never did stay there. I did give the facility a 4-star rating as upon check-in he promptly made me aware of the problem and provided me a list of other hotels in the area and their telephone numbers. The desk clerk was very apologetic and he was very helpful in assisting me to make other arrangements. I will certainly consider this hotel if/when I am ever in the area again.

They charge my credit card for something that they really never explained after I had check in. You couldn't just leave the fan on the ac and the couch bed was rock hard. Next time we are staying at comfort inn.

Stayed for about 8 days work/meetings related and give this hotel 10/10 on everything. I’ve stayed at three other similar hotels in Gillette but this hotel is by far the best.

Very clean and friendly. Pool is typical hotel pool.
Rooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable but are small!! Not sure how 2 people could comfortably sleep in them. I was in a room with one bed and pull out couch.
Nice to have the full size refrigerator. Was there for a sports tournament and could safely keep all foods cold and freezer packs frozen.

Very pet friendly place and is your typical Home2 setup.
This is my 2nd time staying here in the past 2 years and the shower floor is still dirty. I don’t know if it’s the texture used but it needs a good scrubbing. The center square is nearly black while the rest of the area is white.
If I return to Gillette I’ll probably stay elsewhere.

Very nice as expected. Big rooms, friendly staff, and very nice breakfast in the morning. A few areas showed a little age but overall a great stay. Would definitely chose this hotel again

It was a nice clean room with all the basics plus microwave , fridge and freezer. The only thing I didn't like was I couldn't sign on to WiFi without becoming a rewards member, which I didn't want because I don't travel much.
