JoAnn is the owner and did a great job communicating and giving us tips to optimize our stay and fun. The property was exactly as listed. Very clean, great location, and spacious enough for the two families to enjoy.We rented a pontoon boat for my daughter and her friends to celebrate at Lazy Waves that JoAnn had suggested. That was directly across from the house so it made pick up and drop off very easy.We look forward to renting this house again in fall if the opportunity presents itself for our visit to a Gamecock football game. What a great setting right on the lake! Beautiful sunsets from the dock. Quiet street, too. Would stay here again if we’re lucky enough to be down for the tournament again.
