"We chose this house because of the location. It is quite remote, in a very small hamlet about 10km up narrow roads. Villaviciosa is a lovely small town and worth a walk around. The hamlet of Piedrafita is exactly that, a hamlet. We were hugely disappointed that the local bar/eatery had suffered a fire and was out of action for the foreseeable. "We had a very relaxing stay at Casa Sira, which is a beautifully restored traditional house with all the modern comforts. "Had a wonderful time, the villa was perfect and had everything and more. Owner went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, he even met us at the Villa at 2am to let us in and show us round. Messaged us frequently to make sure we were good. Highly recommend this a place to stay!!!"

Rainy day stay.
"First, the staff was great!! The hotel was very clean, good walking location. It appeared that the Hotel had recently been remodeled and did look modern as the name implies. Breakfast was fine, no hot items but adequate. Great shower and very comfortable bed. Parking is a short block away for $14.95/day. It was raining when we were there so did not get to see some of the more interesting parts of the city. "
