It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, bright living room kitchen fully equipped. Ideal for families or groups who want to enjoy the charm of Gijón, its gastronomy and its beaches.



Accommodation Distribution

On the ground floor: 2 bedrooms with beds of 135 and 150 cm, and 2 full bathrooms (one en suite). On the second floor: spacious living room kitchen fully equipped and additional bathroom. The third floor, under the roof, has a bedroom with 2 single beds of 80 cm. Comfortable, bright spaces with everything necessary for your stay.

Located in Cimadevilla, in the heart of Gijón's historic centre, next to Plaza del Lavaderu and very close to San Lorenzo beach and the marina. Surrounded by cider houses, restaurants, local shops and leisure areas, with a Restaurant-Cider House specialising in fish and seafood on the ground floor. Excellent location for walking around the city and enjoying its atmosphere.
